Getting out of the head & back into the body.

When we live so much in our heads, it can feel foreign when we come back into our bodies & it's easy to create a disconnect when we don't like ourselves very much.

For example, when I was bulimic, I made a toxic home for my mind and body & rarely wanted to "be there."

Alcohol, promiscuous sexual endeavors & over-exercising fed this toxic cycle for my self-confidence, yet it was the only way I felt I could get out of my head & into my body.

Anxiety & depression ran my life, yet I couldn't even recognize it because I checked out so long ago.

That's where cannabis came in with her gentle magic and allowed me to "be in my body".

Well, sorta gentle lol, But safe, always even when It didn't feel like it.

Because at first, being back into your body can feel you just landed on Pluto!

You feel isolated, alone, disconnected from life because you have been living somewhere else for so long!

But, once you move in and get to know your environment, it can feel like living in your dream home.

Everything is how ya like it. You feel safe!

Family & friends come over & it's not so awkward or lonely anymore; you loveee being there.

Building REAL self-confidence starts with how you value your body.

Here are a few affirmations that will nurture a healthy relationship with your body & craft an unshakeable home.

❤ It's safe to be in my body.

💜 I'm free to move my body as I need.

💛 I honor my body.

💙 It feels so good to live in my body.

💚 My body is my home & I take good care of it.

Speak em loud, proud & feel it in yo feet!
